Cedar East Studios (“I,” “me”) is a web studio based in Nashville, Tennessee. This policy explains what information cedareaststudios.com collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What I collect
Contact form. Your first and last name, email address, business name (optional), package interest (optional), and your message.
Booking. If you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email, the time you choose, and anything you add to the booking.
Hosting records. Cloudflare, my host, automatically logs technical details such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, for security and performance.
Analytics and advertising. [TOOL NAME] collects information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and how you arrived. Your theme choice. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser stores that setting on your device. It isn’t used to identify you.
Why I collect it
To reply to your messages, schedule calls, prepare proposals, keep the site secure and working, understand how the site is used, and measure my advertising. I don’t sell your information.
Who receives it
Only the services that help run the site: Resend (delivers contact form messages to my inbox), Cal.com (bookings), Cloudflare (hosting), [GOOGLE (ANALYTICS)], and [META (ADVERTISING)]. Sanity manages the site’s content and receives no visitor data. These providers handle information under their own privacy policies. I may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
When you first visit, a banner asks whether to allow analytics and advertising cookies. Declining leaves them off. The calendar on the Contact page is loaded from Cal.com, which may set its own cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as expected.
How long I keep it
Contact form messages and booking details are kept for one year, or longer if we work together and I need project records. Hosting logs and analytics data are kept for the periods set by those providers. [CHECK WITH A LAWYER]

Children
This site is for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 13. I don’t knowingly collect their information.
